To guarantee the best translation quality, GTE Localize assigns only senior linguists to all projects. Each linguist must have a minimum of 5 years of full-time translation experience. Our in-house team averages 8.2 years of experience.

For key clients and high-volume work, we add an internal LQA review at our own cost, reinforcing our commitment to delivering consistent, reliable quality every time.


All translators—both in-house and freelance—are evaluated by editors after each assignment via our TMS. Editors are assessed through internal LQA rounds or client feedback. This system helps us consistently identify top performers while enabling continuous skill development across our linguistic team.
We also conduct regular in-house quality meetings to address translation challenges and implement improvement actions.

Our proprietary G-One system includes a centralized deadline dashboard accessible to Project Managers, Sales teams, and in-house linguists. This dashboard is the first interface our team sees upon logging in, providing real-time visibility into project timelines.

Project entries turn yellow two hours before the due time as a visual alert.
Green indicates projects delivered on time or early.
Red signals late deliveries.
G-One also automates KPI tracking. We consistently maintain a late delivery rate below 2%, with actual performance typically around 1%.
